Getting started

Open Joura, answer a few onboarding questions (medication, dose, schedule, starting weight) and you are ready. No account is required. Everything you enter can be changed later in Profile.

Logging

• Dose: tap Log dose on Today. Add the injection site or a note if you like.
• Check-in: tap one of the four faces on Today. Add details lets you record appetite, energy and side effects; every field is optional.
• Weight: Add weight on Today. Switch between lb and kg in Profile → Units.
• Photos: Add photo on Today or in Progress → Photos. Front, side and back are optional; take the ones you want.

Past entries are never rewritten. If you change your medication or dose in Profile, earlier logs keep what you entered at the time.

Joura Pro

• Pro unlocks unlimited progress photos, side-by-side comparisons, your full history and custom reminder cadences. Everything you log stays yours on the free plan.
• Restore purchases: open Profile → Joura Pro and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
• Cancel: subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: request them from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Securing your progress

Joura starts anonymously on your device. To keep your data if you change phones, open Profile → Secure your progress and link Sign in with Apple, Google or an email address. If a sign-in already belongs to another Joura account, the app switches to that account and shows its data.

Photos and privacy

Photos are private. They are stored in a location only your account can read, are never public and are never used for anything else. Comparing dates happens inside the app. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Reminders

Turn reminders on or off in Profile → Reminders. Lock-screen reminders never show your medication, dose or weight. If you do not receive them, check that notifications are allowed for Joura in your phone's settings.

Deleting your data

Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete my account permanently deletes your database records, photos and sign-in. This cannot be undone. Cancel any active subscription with Apple first; deleting the account does not cancel it. Data export is coming soon; until then, email us and we will send you a copy of your data.

A note on medical questions

Joura cannot answer questions about your medication, dosing or side effects. Please contact your prescriber or pharmacist.
